Both times I was able to restore connection manually where the auto-reconnect feature failed.
I am on a hardwired internet connection, have cleared my DNS cache, gone through 3 institutional-grade VPS and will use profanity to anyone who offers useless platitudes / level 1 support.
I fully expect lost connection from time to time but what I will not accept as a full license holder is a platform that did not bother making any attempts to remedy the issue.
Who here can perform a trace and validate the behavior of NT8 during both incidents?
