No activity on Super DOM

No activity on Super DOM
Sorry for the newbie question, I have no activity happening on my Super DOM. I'm looking at ES 12-21 market and there are no prices on the Super DOM and there is no price movement on the extended hours chart. My connection is ok and I've restarted NT 8 twice. Just wondering if I'm overlooking something simple.Tags: None

Thanks for the post.
This usually means your account is not enabled for real-time data, but we would need more information to say for sure.
Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

I've done as you've described above, but it's having trouble sending you the email for some reason. I'm guessing I don't have real time data for some reason. I did have to change my username and password recently, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
