NT8 freezes

    NT8 freezes

    Good morning. Currently I am using NT8 version 8.0.24.2. Several times over the past couple of days the program freezes and I have to close all other software open and reboot the computer.
    Any suggestions how I can remedy this?

    Thank you for your note.

    I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
    I will need to review your diagnostic files to determine was it occurring.

    Would you please send me your log and trace files to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com.

    Please write in the title or the body of the email "Attention Eleanore 3200768" to ensure I receive these files.

    I look forward to resolving this inquiry with you.
