Connected but not getting life feed

Thank you for the message.
If you go to the Control Center > Connections menu, is the Green Circle next to TD Ameritrade?
If you go to the Control Center > Log tab, do you see any errors or messages here that would explain why things are not showing?
Is your account enabled for real-time market data on the instruments you are trying to chart?
If things are still not loading, I would like to take a look at what is happening with your PC specifically.- Send an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and include Clayton ATTN 3127540 in the Subject line
- Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder or "NinjaTrader 7' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
