Not Receiving LIve Data
I have recently opened a live account but I am not receiving any live data. I already rolled over the future contracts. When I right click and select "Reload All Historical Data", it updates the price but that's all, no live data. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
