Could Not Connect to NinjaTrader Platform with Live FXCM account

Hi everybody,

I wonder does anybody face this issue of unable to connect to FXCM account? I had contacted FXCM regarding my LTA approval and they had confirmed with me simultaneously that it has been approved. I followed the connection guide carefully and log in with proper log in credential each time. Still i am unable to connect to it....I am new to FXCM as well as Ninjatrader (Lifetime Package), and i had already face such troublesome issue... Is there anyone who face this issue who can share some insight with me? Appreciate any of your help as always.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
