Hello! since two days I tried to login in my ninjatrader account but I can not, the system says username or password is incorrect. Please someone can explain me why? thanks

To assess this, we'd have to take a look at your log & trace files.
The easiest way to send us these, if you're using NinjaTrader 8, is through the platform directly.
You may do this by clicking on Help and Email Support.
