Charts Glitch and Turn Black randomly during the trading day

I keep the same chart set up and I trade the same instrument everyday. At random times throughout the Regular market hours. My charts will glitch out and turn black and I need to restart the program. This has happened twice today already, and happens at least once every single day. It also happens so randomly that I have been in a live trade and it has happened causing a lot of stress. Please see attached for example.

To diagnose this issue, I'd like to take a look at some more in-depth information. Please send me your log and trace files along with a short message letting me know the last time and date that this occurred so that I may look further into this behavior.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
