We will need to see your log and trace files to see more about the error and where it is coming from.
Could you write in to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with the text "Attn Jim 2789352" and a link to this thread?
Please include your log and trace files and please let us know what exactly is done to encounter the error.
Attaching Log and Trace files
- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments with your email message
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
