I had a custom add on coded and when I run it on playback, I get the two errors in the attached screenshots. The coder said that he has not seen this error before and requested that I ask Ninjatrader support for help. What could be the cause of this problem?

Hello,

We will need to see your log and trace files to see more about the error and where it is coming from.
Could you write in to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with the text "Attn Jim 2789352" and a link to this thread?
Please include your log and trace files and please let us know what exactly is done to encounter the error.
Attaching Log and Trace files- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments with your email message
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
