Configuration issue

I am setting up a backup pc. When adding my live account, it does not show my live account. Also when NT is started, it does not show it attached to my live account. What is missing? omegle guide

This is typically caused by your license key.

If you have a live license key please ensure it is placed under Help > License Key.

If you have placed the license key into the platform and still nothing works, try to send the compressed folders to Ninjatrader support: platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com

Steps to be taken >>
Open NinjaTrader folder under Documents (or My Documents);
Right click on log and trace folders;
Choose Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder
Attach your compressed folders in your email to support.
