If you have placed the license key into the platform and still nothing works, try to send the compressed folders to Ninjatrader support: platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
Steps to be taken >>
Open NinjaTrader folder under Documents (or My Documents);
Right click on log and trace folders;
Choose Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder
Attach your compressed folders in your email to support.
