Changing the default Chart

When in the "Executions" tab, and right clicking on an action there is an option to open a chart. When I do, my chart looks messed up and I want to change in. Here is a picture of the chart that opens currently.
How can I change this default chart settings? I have attempted to do so from within the data series window as well as changing the default minute candlestick setting but nothing changes this chart.
When I open a "New Chart", a chart comes up the way I want it (colors of the candlesticks), but not by right clicking in the Executions window.

When you open a new chart window through the control center does your chart appear the same way? Do you have a DEFAULT template selected in the template drop down of the data series window?

No, when opening a new chart through the control center my chart does not appear the same way. Yes the DEFAULT template is selected in the drop down of the data series list.
