Thank you for your note.
TD Ameritrade will not show tick data in NinjaTrader as that is not data they provide to us.
Here is a link from the NinjaTrader 8 Helpguide that will show what data is provided by all our providers: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...y_provider.htm

Thank you for your patience and our apologies for getting back to you so late.
It looks as though your chart may be missing some data.
Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
Removing Historical Data- Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
- Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.
