TD Live Account connection issue

hello, I got a problem that when I connect TD live account and try to load AAPL in chart, there is no combine 1min data only tick data ongoing. that is not normal.
is there any setting I have missed?

Thank you for your note.
TD Ameritrade will not show tick data in NinjaTrader as that is not data they provide to us.

Hello, Michael, thank you for your reply. But what I mean is why the chart shows both 1min bar data and tick data in one chart? since I do auto trading base on 1 min bar so I do not need tick data on the chart. Thanks!

Thank you for your patience and our apologies for getting back to you so late.

It looks as though your chart may be missing some data.

Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.
