Datafeed Td Amertitrade Connected--No data coming in

My charts and my market analyzer is just stuck on loading... Is there anyway for me to check if this is a premarket phenomenon or if I am having some other issues. My internet connection is fine. I have data coming through via Thinkorswim, but nothing on NT8.

The TDA connection is not primary for me so can't be of much help.

For whatever it is worth, I see no problem with equity charting from TDA today - two second candle chart. Chart Time showing a potentially scary 1.5 - 2.8 second delay on the data feed for SPY as well as more thinly traded stocks.

What instrument are you trying to load a chart of? Have you previously loaded data for the same instrument in NinjaTrader without issue?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
