Can't connect to forex

I also cant connect to my Forex.com connection. I just have the 1 connection though. Any ideas as to what the problem is.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)

Did this connect work previously? Or has it never worked?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Are you able to login to FOREX.com's website using the same credentials you're using in NinjaTrader?
