Can't connect to forex

I also cant connect to my Forex.com connection. I just have the 1 connection though. Any ideas as to what the problem is.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
• Did this connect work previously? Or has it never worked?
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
• Are you able to login to FOREX.com's website using the same credentials you're using in NinjaTrader?
