I am looking to get a data feed that provides real-time quotes for the US stocks. However, i didnt find anything that does NOT require to open a live account at a brokerage. Is it posible to buy data without opend account ?

Kinetick, IQFeed, BarCharts, and eSignal are the supported data providers that do not connect to a brokerage.
To receive real time data for equities on the NYSE and NASDAQ from Kinetick you would need the Basic Service $65, NYSE $7, NASDAQ $7 subscriptions. You can subscribe to Kinetick through the link below.
