data feed without opened account

I am looking to get a data feed that provides real-time quotes for the US stocks. However, i didnt find anything that does NOT require to open a live account at a brokerage. Is it posible to buy data without opend account ?

It is much cheaper to open Live account at TD ameritrade which is FREE and get FREE live (and 1min history data) US stock TICK data.
