Trade from FXCM not displaying on chart

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
    • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
    • Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
    • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2286971 ATTN PatrickG

    Orders are placed using an FXCM demo account.
    Market order with stop and limit set on the web platform.
    Order appears on Ninja but not the two limit orders.
    Yes I can see these limit orders when placed on the Ninja platform and yes they do appear on the FXCM platform.

    Ahh yes, I see it now. But I don't see the stop and target limit orders which I have set from the web platform.

    Trade from FXCM not displaying on chart

    When I open a trade on the FXCM platform, Ninjatrader detects the trade under the positions tab of the control centre, but it does not display on the chart.
    Is this by design?
