Trade from FXCM not displaying on chart

Hello Grantx,
Thank you for your note.
The trades should be displayed on the chart if the same account is selected from within the Chart Trader panel. By default, the selected account would be Sim101. Do you have the same account selected in the Chart Trader panel of this chart?

Could you please confirm - are you able to see these types of orders when placed in the NinjaTrader platform? As for the orders you don't see, can you provide further information as to how you're placing these orders initially? Are they simulated orders or live orders?

Market order with stop and limit set on the web platform.
Order appears on Ninja but not the two limit orders.
Yes I can see these limit orders when placed on the Ninja platform and yes they do appear on the FXCM platform.
