    3rd Party Licensing

    I had a BIOS update last week. Now, the software programs I have that require 3rd party licensing will not activate. I contacted the 3rd party and they verified that my machine ID is valid. Any idea what the problem could be?

    Hello Trader604,

    Most often either the Vendor has entered the MachineID incorrectly, (including when they do not include the userid or included a userid when they shouldn't) or they have selected the wrong module or wrong licensing.

    What is the name of the vendor?

    Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we can request your MachineID.
