It works perfectly in real time mode, but I cannot get my SIM account to load more than one week of data for backtesting purposes. Not sure where to even start to diagnose this issue.

Kinetick should provide up to 180 days of historical tick data. Are there any messages about this in the Log tab of the Control Center? What instrument are you trying to bring up?

If your requesting tick data, then Kinetick will provide 8 days of tick data during US market hours (9:30 AM until 4:30 PM ET). If you try this after the session you should be able to load more data.
