Fehlercode 20013

Hallo, ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung " Fehler beim Anfordern er Barreihe:"Fehler beim Laden von historischen Daten für das Instrument "CT 07-19": "20013"

Das Chart endet mit dem falschen Datum.
Bei anderen Futures lädt der es normal.

Was kann ich tun?

Thanks for posting.

This error typically indicates that a Kinetick connection in use is not enabled for historical data in the requested instrument. Are you using Kinetick? Can you confirm your Kinetick subscription includes this data?

You can always reach the Kinetick team at support [at] kinetick [dot] com to confirm your subscription.
