How to change Point value and Tick size in Instrument Properties

    Hello.

I am trying to view a Renko Chart of the instrument WIN (Brazilian Ibovespa) but it seems that it is not configured properly. I must use a very large brick size (3350) so all the data in a day fits the screen. A much lower value was expected, probably something in the range 10-50. To fix the problem, I tried changing the fields Point value (0.2) and Tick size (5) in Instrument Properties. However, no matter the value I put in these fields, nothing changes: after making the changes, I created a New Chart, and the values are the same as before. How can I make these changes take effect?

    Cordially,
    Claudio

    Hello ccbiasi,

    Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I look forward to your reply.
