Live account data not reporting realtime

My demo account works fine but the live account is not reporting real-time changes in net liquidation, unrealized p&l, or total p&l. It does report open positions, and does update when the position is closed. I can't find where to reset this.

Thank you Alan. This has traditionally worked, but I just resumed live after a 3 month hiatus. My broker is Phillip capital. To your knowledge, have they revised their reporting?

I am not aware of any changes made by Philip Capital in the way they send out account information, but our brokerage support team would be a better resource for that information.
