Can't video record screen

Dear Support,

I'm running NT8 in Win10 & try to record video of NT8 window/s using Win10 Game Mode, specifically using shortcut key win+alt+r. When I look at the recorded video mp4 file, it shows the NT8 window's border but within the window border is all black.
I've tried recording the same way, say, a YouTube video in Chrome browser, & it worked good.
Any helpful tips to solve this? The recording is for my trade journal purpose.

I experience the same when I attempt to use Windows to record a video in this way.

I suspect this simply has not been tested and is therefore unsupported, however, there are other video recording programs which will successfully record chart windows like Jing or TinyTake. I would suggest using these programs.

I'll submit a feature request for NinjaTrader to support the Windows game recording tool. EDIT: feature request tracking number - SFT-585
