I did come to the solution below by rebuilding the charts one by one, on NT8 8.0.28.0 version.
I think the issue came from the need to have 15 days worth of data for each chart used before attempting to use/build the templates.
Each chart needing to be populated with its 15 days worth of data, one before the next.
Then applying the template and then finally MultiSeriesHL indicator, on each chart one by one also (waiting for each chart to be loaded before going to the next).
Remaking new templates (optional, for each chart with the MultiSeriesHL indicator, in case of later issue with Worskspace).
Finally saving a new Workspace.
In sequence, 1st section:
a.1.0 Open a chart (ES 03-24).
a.1.1 Load 15 days of 1 min data from data Series window.
a.1.2 Wait for the 15 days of 1min data to complete loading on the 1st Chart (ES 03-24).
a.1.3. Once the 1st Chart (ES 03-24) 15 days data is loaded go to next step a.2.0.
a.2.0 Duplicate the 1st Chart (ES 03-24) in a new window.
a.2.1 Change the Instrument to new choice (NQ 03-24).
a.2.2 Wait for the 15 days of 1min data to complete loading on the 2nd Chart (NQ 03-24).
a.2.3. Once the 2nd Chart (NQ 03-24) 15 days data is loaded go to next step a.3.0.
a.3.0 Duplicate the 2nd Chart (NQ 03-24) in a new window.
s.3.1 Change the Instrument to new choice (YM 03-24).
a.2.2 Wait for the 15 days of 1min data to complete loading on the 3rd Chart (YM 03-24).
a.2.3. Once the 3rd Chart (YM 03-24) 15 days data is loaded go to next step a.4.0.
Repeat those previous steps for the number of charts of your choice
(I tested with GC 02-24, CL 02-24, ZB 03-24, NG 02-24).
In sequence, 2nd section:
b.1.0 Load your previously imported template from previous NT8 install,
on the ES 03-24 chart
(my template comprises 13 indicators).
b.1.1 Load the MultiSeriesHL indicator on the ES 03-24 chart.
It finishes Calculating... and loads in about 30 seconds.
b.1.2 Save the Chart as new Template
(right click the Chart > Template Menu > Save As > name your template).
Repeat those previous steps (b.1.0 to b.1.2) for the number of charts of your choice,
taking care to wait for completion of each chart loading before going to the next.
(i.e. NQ 03-24, YM 03-24, GC 02-24, CL 02-24, ZB 03-24, NG 02-24).
3rd section:
c.1.0 Once all charts windows are completed,
Save a new Workspace.
c.1.1 Close NT8, and reopen it to check if workspace load fine.
All 7 charts are loaded fine 3 minutes after relaunching NT on my end.
I allocated 16Gbs to the machine.
