transparent color to see the bars

Hello, I have an indicator that when it meets a few parameters it draws me a yellow rectangle, the problem I have is that on many occasions I cannot see the bars because it is a deep color that covers these bars, as I could do so that this color is transparent? Please indicate in the simplest way since I am not a programmer, thanks.

The Draw.Rectangle() method has a parameter for the areaOpacity but not the outline opacity.

To set the opacity of the outline, a Brush will need to be created that has the .Opacity set on it.

For example:

Brush myBrush = Brushes.Yellow.Clone();
myBrush.Opacity = .2;
myBrush.Freeze();
