How to get time only from strategy dialog

I would like to get time only (not time and date) from my strategy dialog. The following code brings up a nice calendar in the input field to select date from. The current time is appended to the selected date.

Is there a way to get user selected or typed time from the parameter dialog without explicitly parsing text?

You can use the ToTime() method that returns an int value in the format of HHMMSS

if the time is 1:15:30 PM this will be returned as 131530.

You can create a public int property and have the user pass that value through for time.
