ACC Column ?

What does 'acc' column stand for or indicate in the time and sales?
And for rows coloring, Red for sell, green for buys, what does black row indicate in time and sales?

I do not see a column labeled 'ACC' however, can you share a screenshot of what this looks like?

I'm not sure where this is coming from, but it oddly resembles the NinjaTrader Web platform. If that's the case, ACC is the accumulation, that will show the total number of contracts that have been bought and sold for each price level.
