I had a similar problem on one of the other computers, which was fixed by deleting the strategy script, creating a new one with the same name, and pasting the code back in. That's not working for this one.
All three computers are running the same version of Ninjatrader. The main difference I can see is that the one that is not working has a live license, whereas the other two have demo licenses. Also, the two that showed the symptom are running Windows 7 32-bit, whereas the one that has never had the problem is on Windows 8 64-bit.
