Hi,

What does the error message below mean? I get it when connecting to either my IB simulation account or IB live account. This is preventing me from placing (ninjascript generated) orders outside regular hours.

I currently have a 3 month subscription in order to test whether I can use NT to generate automated market orders outside regular trading hours. So far, it's not working.

This is the error:

Hi Marcus, could you please submit your diagnostic log and trace files for review to us via Help >> Mail to Support?

Is Trigger After Hours in your IB connection and TWS (Global Config > Presets > Timing) checked?

Hi Bertrand.

1) I will re-test tonight and submit the info you requested

2) When enabling the IB Timing Option I get a red warning signal : Note that trading outside of regular trading hours is not supported for market orders which is exactly what I want to do since submitting any non-market order is refused and passed to the exchange the next day at 8:30. I am trading emini 500.

I will try with the option enabled anyways and submit the log & trace files.

Thanks Markus - are you working on TWS 927.7 here? What TIF setting does the strategy use in NT to submit the orders with?
