Trend Line, peak to peak

I need to make a strategy that finds two high peaks and then draws a trend line based on the peaks. And look to see if price crosses the trend line. and enter the a trade.

here is an imge of what i'm thinking of.

I've tried some things like
HighA = MAX(100)[0];
HighCounterA would equal how many bars back the high was.

HighB = MAX(50)[0];
HighCounterB would equal how many bars back the high was.

DrawExtendedLine("My Trend Liine" + CurrentBar, HighCounterA, HighA, HighCounterB, HighB, Color.Green);

I don't know how to check if the price crossed the trend line.

Unfortunately there is no native code to check whether price crossed above the drawing object (particularly true when the draw object is not a straight line).
