    Using Pivot Points in a Strategy

    Hello,

    I’d like to incorporate Pivot Points (R1,R2,R3,PP,S1,S2,S3) from the standard Ninja Pivot indicator into my strategy.
    For example, if a bar touches S1, do this
    What’s the right syntax to call S1?

    If (Low [0] <= “S1” && High [0] >=”S1”, do this)

    I put “S1” in quotation marks as I don’t know how to correctly call it.

    Any pointer would be much appreciated.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi laocoon, thanks for writing in.

    The documentation page on pivots has examples on accessing the pivot data:
    https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...tml?pivots.htm

    e.g.

    if(Low[0] <= Pivots(PivotRange.Daily, HLCCalculationMode.CalcFromIntradayData, 0, 0, 0, 20).S1[0]
    && High[0] >= Pivots(PivotRange.Daily, HLCCalculationMode.CalcFromIntradayData, 0, 0, 0, 20).S1[0])
    {
    Print("Pivot condition true");
    }
