    Charts are frozen as at midnight Wed 21 Dec, NY, USA time

    Hi

    Windows XP, NT 7.0.1000.32(Live)

    My charts have not loaded any new data after midnight Wed, 21 December, NY, USA time.

    However my market analyzer (for the relevant charts) is ticking normally.

    Please advise.

    General platform technical support for NinjaTrader 7.


    Please note that Microsoft has dropped support for Windows XP more than 2 years ago. NinjaTrader has dropped support for this operating system as well and it is recommended to upgrade to a supported operating system. Please see the installation guide at the link below.
