    Unable to load Workspace in NT7

    I am unable to load my main NT workspace. I restored a backup from last week, but they it still won't load

    A couple of charts load cached data, while the others are black. The platform just hangs indefinitely, and the memory usage bloats up to 29G.

    Thank you for your post,

    Because you mention some cached data would load in the chart, I suggest clearing your cache and attempting to load the workspace.

    To clear the cache, please close NinjaTrader and navigate to the following directory:

    * My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Db

    Delete the contents of the cache, tick, minute and day folders. Now, restart NinjaTrader and attempt to load the workspace.
