Can not run NT7

    Can not run NT7

    Hello,
    I've met a problem.
    Everything was fine, but NT7 started to "not respond".
    I've closed the program and tried to restart.
    Nothing happened. Tried again - says that another instance of NT is running.
    Keeping closing NT with Task Manager - still the same problem. Restarted PC many times.
    Can not start NT, having a position opened.
    What to do?

    Again.
    NT7 started to misbehave. Not responding, Close and Minimize window icons became 10 times large, can not restart NT.
    What to do?

      Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
      Please reference the following in the email body: ATTN RyanM
