nothing under account on the chart trader

Hi

I've never had this issue before

I'm using CQG free data feed for demo trading.
I used to see a word 'sim' under Account on Chart Trader Tab.

But now it's empty and nothing happens when clicking a small arrow.

Another thing is that global sim mode on control center is checked and gray.
I can't change and remove the check mark either.

The chart is working and moving but I can't place an order.

How can I fix it?

Please use the steps I have provided below to resolve the issue you are experiencing:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Workspaces
• Delete the file named "_Workspaces.xml"
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
