Interactive brokers paper account unable to connect - yellow stauts

My interactive brokers account lost connection today and will not re-connect. I tried closing and restarting everything but still it is failing to connect (yellow indicator).

Please help to get the connection running again. Thanks in advance.

Can you please send your log and trace files to PlatformSupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
