    N8 not opening after upgrade to V11 ????

    Upgraded from N8.10 to N8.11 and cant open it nothing happens !!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    I would need to get additional details from you to know what may be happening, could you please email our platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include the log and trace files?

    You can manually attach the log and trace files using the steps below:


    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    Please send the log and trace for today.
