The prices aren't different it is just a matter of how many credits you want to buy at once.

ex. $100 of credits will last longer then $25

Anyone using the Static SuperDOM pays these credits, but some brokers cover the fees so it could be you have never had to purchase them before.

Sorry I am new to this, How do I know how long $25.00 Transaction Credits will last me?

I read the above, It says Futures CME's E-Mini S&P 500 and E-Mini NASDAQ-100 products shall be $0.10

However, it don't say anything about the Mini Russel2000 Future contract. I assume it must be $0.10 a side also, is this correct?

Correct- it would follow the rates for futures.
