Hi Bill,
The Static DOM is disabled by default. I will enable it for you. Wait 10 minutes, then restart NinjaTrader and the Static DOM should be available. You won't have the Dynamic DOM anymore, only the Static.
Are you aware that you need to purchase transaction credits to use the Static DOM?
More info about this and how to purchase credits can be found here:

Bill,
Just wanted to change the DOM for you, but I see that you are already set up for the Static DOM. Can you send an email with your license to [email protected] so I can check if I have the correct information.

No there is not...you answered the question as to why not in your prior post. The data and speed is at such speeds that the Dynamic SuperDOM makes it really difficult to manage your trades. Your orders tend to flicker up and down so much you really need the static SuperDOM.RayNinjaTrader Customer Service

static vs dynamic pricing, IB
Could you please explain why going from simulation to live with an IB (Interactive Broker) license in NT6, the static DOM is now not an option? Does this have anything to do with transaction credit mentioned (see below example with TT)? Is there a preference setting that you can set in the NT program itself? (PS, also using a Zenfire feed) Thanks

Hello thrunner:
Thank you for your post.
When NinjaTrader creates your live license key, you must choose either the Static SuperDOM or the Dynamic SuperDOM.
By default, we enable the Dynamic SuperDOM when using IB.
If you would like to use the Static SuperDOM, please send us a note into support at ninjatrader dot com and we can enable the Static SuperDOM.
You are correct that when using the Static SuperDOM with IB, you must purchase TT credits to submit live trades.
More information can be found here:
When using the Zenfire datafeed, our broker partners that support Zenfire collect the TT fees up front and therefore do not have to be purchased by you prior to using the Static SuperDOM for live trading.

static Dome
I received an email from support, and it says I need to Purchase Transaction Credits
$25 Transaction Credit for License
$50 Transaction Credit for License
$100 Transaction Credit for License
Not sure which ones to purchase, why the different prices?
Do everyone need to buy Transaction Credits or is it, because I have Patsystem?

The prices aren't different it is just a matter of how many credits you want to buy at once.
ex. $100 of credits will last longer then $25
Anyone using the Static SuperDOM pays these credits, but some brokers cover the fees so it could be you have never had to purchase them before.JessicaNinjaTrader Customer Service
