Chart problems for QID, XOM

    Chart problems for QID, XOM

    All of my other charts load up on connection, but the chart for ticker QID is stuck on the last time I used it on 6/9/08 and nothing comes up for XOM.

    I tried reloading both tickers multiple times with the same result.

    Please advise

    Can you please right click in the chart and select Format Data Series. Check if the current date is entered next to "Last date".

        QID isn't reloading, it just "pops up" to 6/9/08.

        XOM doesn't load, it just pops up to a blank chart with x and y axes only.

                      It didn't work. I sent trace and log files after I reset the instruments today along with image of improper QID chart that loaded by regular email in response to your last email.

                        I fixed it!

                        The symbol map and exchange became corrupted somehow and wouldn't reset automatically so I did it manually.

                        Hope it isn't a problem anymore. Thanks for your help.
