2 problems need a help

when im trying to install nt i have this problem in the first attchment

and when im trying to download lastest version online the download didnt strat pls see secound attachment

Hi,

Unfortunately, I do not see any attachments in your post. Can you please try the following. Open up Internet Explorer and click Tools--> Internet Options. Then delete Cookies and Files. Now try the download again.

If this doesn't work for you, please try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox to download NinjaTrader.

attachment, i tried another explorer and i delete all my cookies and history file but nothing done im sorry

Can you please reboot your PC and try to install NinjaTrader again. Check if the same error message persists.

i tried to report two time also nothing and i made a new user account also nothin im sorry

The message states there is another installation running. Can you please open up the Windows Task Manager and check if you see the other installation. If so, please terminate this installation. Check under the Applications and Processes-tab.
