Position closed on exit

Hey. So I was in a position for forex. And I went to move my stop loss but it wouldn't move. So I figured it was that my account wasn't loaded -which also happens way to frequently- and so I **** down nt and restarted it. Only to come and see that it took me out of my position. It has never kicked me out of a trade before. And I would like to know why it happened

Please email us your log and trace files so we can look into this further.
You can do this by going to Help> Mail to platform support
In the message provide a link to this forum topic and the date/time of the order in question.

This will need to be send from the system the orders were made on. If this was not done, please do so.
