Cannot connect to eSignal

Hello,
today I cannot connect to eSignal with NT:
Login failed: Unable to connect to tick server host

If I tried only eSignal application (and also with Ensign), it worked well.
I did not make any changes to configuration...

Hi pavelevap,

I suggest to reboot your computer and remove your current eSignal account connection. Recreate a new one and check if you can get connected.

I tried to reboot and it does not help.
After removing and adding eSignal connection it works now.
Thank you for you help, but it is strange - what was wrong and what could cause this problem?

Hello pavelevap,

I am not sure why this happened. However, I have seen this issue before upon changing back and forth the username and password in the eSignal Data Manager.
