    Platform support request: We are unable to process your request.

    I submitted a platform support request three times this evening, since after every form submission I immediately got a message in my browser that read: "We are unable to process your request" and asked me if I had filled out the form properly. When subsequently checking my email, however, I saw that I had received three platform support auto-generated confirmation emails so it seems to have processed. I'm partly writing here to let you know of this error from the user end and I want to apologize for submitting the same questions three times.
