The chart and the control center seem to be crazy
When I start a strategy with an account of simulated FXCM, the chart and the control center did not show the status of 'order.
In the control center the profit or loss continue to exist even if the order has been closed, or does not keep track of anything even if a position was opened.
on the graph is the same, appears arrow opening position but does not appear to closing or no arrows even if the position was opened.
and I can not cancel orders manually

Unable to cancel out unmapped live order. Strategy "name strategy" was not started
I did
1) Updating NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.27
2) restart the database
3) Removed the contents of My Documents> NinjaTrader 7> cache
4)Plot executions is TextAndMarker
5)renamed database
The real FXCM account is ok!
What else should I do to be able to work demo account?
